Kindnesss for Communities

Kindness your community can actually see.

A Community Circle is for adult groups: neighbourhood groups, churches, clubs, volunteer groups, local associations and informal communities. Set a mission, someone does the kind act, they record what they did, an organiser verifies it, and their Kindness Passport grows. Same Kindnesss engine as families, schools and companies — community language, community roles.

What is live today

Everything below already works in the Community Admin Console as soon as you create your Circle.

Community Admin Console

One console for your Community Circle: overview, members, groups, missions, activity, aggregate impact, administrators and settings.

Member roster and invitations

Invite adult members with a secure link, see invitation status, and deactivate a member's record when they move on.

Groups

Organise members into groups — a Saturday team, a choir, a street, a volunteer rota — and run missions for one group at a time.

Community-wide and group Missions

Launch a mission across the whole Community Circle or to a single group. Everyone gets their own mission to complete and record.

Verified activity

A coordinator can record what happened on the ground. An owner or administrator verifies it, and credits are awarded exactly once.

Aggregate community impact

Participation, acts, credits, categories and per-group totals — as aggregate numbers, never a ranking of people.

Private individual Kindness Passports

Each member keeps their own Passport. Members do not browse each other's credits, acts or Passports.

Roles that fit a community

Owner, Administrator, Coordinator and Reporting viewer. Reporting viewers see aggregate numbers only — no member-level detail.

  2. Step 2

Name your community and create your Community Circle.

  4. Step 4

Launch community-wide or group missions and verify what happens.

What we will never do

  • · No public leaderboard of members.
  • · No individual ranking or scoring of anyone.
  • · No access for organisers to a member's separate Family, personal or workplace Circle.
  • · No public member profiles, and no precise location of any member.
  • · No stranger-to-child messaging — Community Circles are adults only, 18+.

Not available today

  • · Donations, fundraising, grants or any handling of money.
  • · Public community pages, maps or member directories.
  • · Messaging, scheduled automated reports and advanced data exports.

Community Circles are self-service Kindnesss access today. There is no Community subscription, no checkout and no seat entitlement to buy.

Member privacy

Kindnesss stores a first name and an optional last initial for community members, plus their group, status and community mission activity. Members do not browse each other's credits, acts or Passports, and a member's own Family, personal or other Circles are never visible to the Community Circle.

How activity is verified

Community activity is verified by the Community Circle owner or an administrator, recorded with their name and the time. A coordinator can record activity but cannot verify their own records. There is no public leaderboard and no ranking or scoring of members.

About rewards and credits

Kindnesss records the pledge only. We never collect or transfer the reward. Kindness Credits are a non-monetary encouragement. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.

Kindnesss is a product of Global Solutions Management LLC, United States.

Kindnesss is preparing for public launch. Formal legal, privacy and safeguarding review is still required before any child-facing public launch.
