These are the current operating policies of Kindnesss. They describe the product as it is actually built today. They are not legal advice, and they do not state that any regulator, authority or law firm has assessed or approved Kindnesss.

Our standing commitments
- Adults own every Kindnesss account. Children do not create standard independent accounts.
- Private by default: no public child profiles, no public search of participants, no followers or likes, no stranger-to-child messaging.
- No precise location of a child or participant is collected or displayed.
- Completions are text only. There is no photo upload or photo storage in Kindnesss today.
- No behavioural advertising, no advertising trackers, and no sale of personal information.
- Kindnesss never collects, holds, transfers or settles pledge or reward money.
- No public leaderboard ranking children, pupils, employees or members.
Service providers we rely on
Kindnesss uses a small number of service providers to run the product. We do not claim any certification on their behalf.
- Supabase — Authentication, application database and backend infrastructure
- Lovable — Application build and hosting platform for the Kindnesss website and application
- Dodo Payments — Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions: hosted checkout, payment processing, subscription and billing status
- GTranslate — Website translation, loaded on public pages only and only after a visitor actively asks for translation
Making a request
Parents, guardians, adults and authorised school or organisation contacts can submit a privacy or data request securely. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
