Draft for product testing

Terms, in plain English

The short version: Kindnesss keeps the record, families keep the rewards.

Not final legal wording

This page is a placeholder written for product testing. It is not legal advice and a formal legal, privacy and safeguarding review is required before any public child-facing launch.

Kindnesss is a record, not a bank

Kindnesss records the pledge only. We never collect or transfer the reward. If an adult promises money, savings, a donation or a treat, they arrange and give it privately, away from Kindnesss.

Kindness Credits

Kindness Credits are a non-monetary encouragement. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.

Adults are responsible

A parent or guardian must set up and supervise every child profile, decide which acts are safe and appropriate, and approve completions honestly.

Acts must be safe

Kindness ideas are suggestions only. An adult should judge whether an act is suitable and supervise anything involving other people, animals, tools or going outdoors.

Being kind here too

Don't add content that identifies a child publicly, is unkind, or belongs to someone else. Guardians can remove any content in their family at any time.

Paid plans and checkout

Kindnesss Plus and school plans are listed in US dollars so families and schools can plan ahead. Online checkout is not switched on yet, so no subscription can currently be purchased and no payment details are collected.

The 20% Impact Promise

When paid subscriptions begin, 20% of subscription fees actually received — excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks — will be allocated to charitable causes. Kindnesss is not a charity; it is a commercial product of Global Solutions Management LLC with a charitable-giving commitment, and subscriptions are not donations.

School plans are a pilot

School-specific administration is offered as a Founding School Pilot / early access. Teacher, class and school admin features described as pilot or roadmap are not live yet.

Testing release

Kindnesss is in early testing. Features may change and data may be reset while we build. Please don't rely on it as a permanent record yet. Nothing here implies regulatory approval, and a formal market-by-market legal, privacy and safeguarding review is required before broad public child-facing launch.
