Use this form to ask us about the information Kindnesss holds, to correct or delete it, to stop further collection from a child, or to withdraw an acknowledgement you gave. Read the Privacy Notice and the Children & Family Privacy Notice first if you want the detail.

Please keep this form minimal

Never include a child PIN, an account password, payment or card details, an exact home address or school, health information, a child's surname, or any other sensitive information you do not need to send. Tell us the Circle name or the account email and what you want done — that is enough for us to find the right record and come back to you.

We store your name, email and the details you give us so that we can verify and answer the request. Only Kindnesss platform administrators can read it.
