Private Passports
Each participant keeps their own Kindness Passport. It belongs to them, not the employer.
Aggregate company impact
Employers see participation and impact at an aggregate level — how many acts, which categories, which challenges. Annual company impact reporting is planned.
Individual Passports stay with the individual. Kindnesss is not a performance management tool.
Company-sponsored School & Community programmes
A company can sponsor a School Circle or a Community Circle as part of its social impact work. Sponsors receive aggregate reporting only.
Sponsors never receive individual child or family data — no names, no profiles, no reflections, no photos.
What we will never do
No public employee leaderboard. No automated employee scoring, ranking or appraisal signals. No sharing of an employee's individual Passport with their employer by default. No child or family data shared with sponsoring companies.

20% of every paid Kindnesss subscription fee supports charitable causes doing good in the real world.
Kindnesss records the pledge only. We never collect or transfer the reward. Kindness Credits are a non-monetary encouragement. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.
