Everything below is available as soon as you subscribe, on any of the three plans. The plans differ by capacity and onboarding support: 100, 500 or 2,000 active employees, with priority onboarding on Kindnesss Company and a named onboarding contact on Company Plus. Deactivating someone frees their seat.

Aggregate company impact
Employers see participation and impact at an aggregate level — how many acts, which categories, which challenges — live in the console. Scheduled or automated annual reports are not available today.
Individual Passports stay with the individual. Kindnesss is not a performance management tool.
Onboarding support
Every company plan uses the same proven engine. Kindnesss Company includes priority onboarding support and Company Plus adds a named onboarding contact for larger rollouts.
Company-sponsored School or Community programmes are not available today.
What we will never do
No public employee leaderboard. No automated employee scoring, ranking or appraisal signals. No sharing of an employee's individual Passport with their employer by default. No child or family data shared with sponsoring companies.

20% of every paid Kindnesss subscription fee supports charitable causes doing good in the real world.
Kindnesss records the pledge only. We never collect or transfer the reward. Kindness Credits are a non-monetary encouragement. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.
